Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Furniturery BD. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process should you wish to return an item.

Return Period:

·         You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

·         Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:

·         Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and accessories.

·         Products that have been assembled, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

·         Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1.   Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at admin@furniturerybd.com or by phone at 01979985366, 01979985367 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.   Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item. Please note that returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

3.   Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

4.   Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return condition requirements.

5.   Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15-25 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. The same return conditions apply for exchanges.

Exceptions:

Some items may be subject to different return policies. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page and at the time of purchase.
